Services Provided: Premium Cleaning Co. specializes in exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties throughout Houston, Texas. Our services include, but are not limited to, pressure washing, window cleaning, soft washing, solar panel cleaning and roof/gutter maintenance. We strive to deliver superior quality service and ensure customer satisfaction through our expert staff and modern equipment.

Service Agreements: When engaging with Premium Cleaning Co., a detailed service agreement will be provided to outline the scope of work, estimated time frame, and pricing. This agreement is binding once signed by both parties, ensuring that all specified services are carried out as per the client's requirements.

Payment Terms: Payment for services can be made via credit card, debit card, PayPal, Zelle, check, cash or bank transfer (ACH). A deposit may be required at the time of booking with the balance due upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in your agreement. 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may result in a fee amounting to a percentage of the total service cost, as specified in your service contract.

Liability Limitations: While our team takes every precaution to protect your property during the cleaning process, Premium Cleaning Co. cannot be held liable for any unforeseen damage that occurs as a result of pre-existing conditions or materials deteriorating under standard cleaning procedures.

Amendments and Changes: Premium Cleaning Co. reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is advised that users regularly review these terms for any updates. Continued use of the website following such changes shall constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

Privacy Policy: All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
